Underground Christmas at St. Jude

The  Middle School Youth are invited to  Underground Christmas at St. Jude Catholic Church on Saturday, December 18.  Underground Christmas fosters a greater  compassion for the disciples of Jesus that face persecution around the world and a greater appreciation for the  freedom we have to worship. Participants will  decipher clues to find their way to  ‘safe houses’ all while evading the  Secret Police. Once in the  ‘safe houses’ youth will learn about Christian persecution throughout the ages. The event ends with  Mass in an ‘underground’ fashion. Families are invited to join us for Mass. 

High School Youth: We will need two high schoolers to be there on the 18 ^th to run our ‘safe house’ based on St. Oscar Romero. Everyone else is invited to come and act as ‘secret police.’ Please let me know ASAP if you are available to attend.
