Help Support Seminarian Education

On Easter Sunday, a second collection will be taken up in support of Diocesan Seminarian Education. Though we are one of the smallest dioceses in the U.S., we are blessed with a rich harvest of vocations to the priesthood. Presently, we have 14 seminarians enrolled in studies and anticipate 17 seminarians for the 2021-22 academic year. But with this wonderful blessing comes a financial challenge. The cost of educating just one seminarian is over $50,000. Your investment in the future of the priesthood is greatly needed to help guarantee the growth of the Catholic faith in East Tennessee.
